Images of Jupiter by Eric Harris
Jupiter is a planet that's in a constant state of change! From the motion of the Galilean Moons to the shifting colors of its many atmospheric belts and zones, Jupiter never looks the same between observations. What changes between and during apparitions? Do new storms appear, existing cloud belts change color, or become wider or narrower? My focus on imaging Jupiter is to capture these differences as the giant planet goes about its 12-year long orbit.
Select a date range to see images from that apparition!
